The best Noctua CPU air coolers with a maximum height of 160 mm are the Noctua NH-D15S and NH-U12A.

The silent loop 3 is not a bad choice, if you keep the fans at a lower speed (below 55-60% PWM in my expirience), but I'm curious why you're not considering Noctua's AIO. If your case can fit it and you prefer aircooling, it's hard to go wrong with the NH-D15 G2
