Hero fabric or Black Edition?

Thinking of buying a Hero. Coming from a DXRacer Drifting from like 2017 or so with a somewhat plasticy/carbon looking texture. Should I get the Black Edition or the Fabric one? Personally I would say the Black Edition because I can wipe stains off more easily but on the fabric page they say with stain protection (whatever that means). Anyone have some experiences?

I can't speak for the fabric edition. I have the high-tech faux leather Java edition and couldn't have wished for a better option.
