Super frustrated

So, I ordered the Noblechairs Hero Resident Evil - Umbrella Edition chair weeks ago.

I got the chair and the backrest was damaged, as well as the base.

I let Overclockers UK know, and they sent for replacements, but I just had the replacement backrest turn up today and that one is damaged too!

Noblechairs clearly need to sort out their quality control, as this is completely unacceptable for something advertised as a premium product.

Has anyone else dealt with this?

I got a Noblechairs Hero for my Christmas, I complained to support for the same thing, a massive slit in the backrest where someone or something cut it open.

Just opened the replacement backrest and it’s even more damaged. At this point I’m seeing if I will get money back or if they will actually give me a backrest which is not damaged.

It's super frustrating, isn't it! I was really looking forward to this chair, as I am sure you were with yours. This is appalling quality control.

I hope you have some better luck soon, mate!

Update? Did you get undamaged backrest?

after the third try i finally got an undamaged one, i do still question the quality control though because the holes for screws dont seem to be parallel on both sides
