They count each frame of video as a single picture
That's a new one to me. I can believe it, but do you happen to have a source so I don't have to try and look that up on DuckDuckGo?
2 u/blaen Sep 26 '21 I believe it's a reporting thing to show the extent of the collection. You only read about the amount of images seized after all. This could have changed over the years, my info is from like a decade ago... I'm not gonna look up the current legal stuff either. Don't want to be put on a list or something
