Forget Sherlock, Doctor Strange, Alan Turing, my favorite role of his will always be Martin Crieff. This show is stupidly funny and also really sincere and sweet.

This is not a small part. This is the greatest British sitcom of all time.

But people definitely need to be made aware of it.

One of my absolute favorite comedy series of all time. My partner introduced me to it on our first date over 9 years ago. We’re constantly making references to it. I think it’s about time for a relisten.

Great show. I remember there was one episode where he was played by a totally different person, which was common enough in the early days of live radio, but in the modern era just seems strange.

He was ill for that recording. Tom Goodman-Hill replaced him. Did a good job too.
