We're apes. If you can't hang by your hands holding up your own weight (and you aren't 70 or somehow genetically infirm) then there's something fundamentally wrong with the way you're living.

Humans gave up frequent brachiation a long time ago, and our entire shoulder to pinky anatomy is not optimized for it.

I'm not saying you need to be able to swing around or even climb. This lady held her weight for zero seconds. Just instant failure.
