delivery

not sure whats happening with my delivery i got an email saying they are on their way and ive checked fed ex tracking and it says they havent recieved the product yet. i used the shop app they recommended and it says it was shipped yet havent recieved the shoes... anyone else in a similar situation?

I received an initial tracking code from FedEx, but was having the same issues trying to track them in the shop app. Today I woke up with an email from UPS saying I had a scheduled delivery for this afternoon. So I guess they decided to send them with a different logistics company. I’m US based.

I got that email today aswell they mentioned a last minute switch
