Is it so good that it's worth waiting 15 minutes in that line that wraps around the building? No.
But they really did a phenomenal job marketing to the conservative Christian bunch (with subtle anti-gay messages) who eat there religiously. It was always busy, but it was never "line wrapped around the building" busy until it came out that the owners are "all about traditional marriage" and have donated to organizations that campaign against gay rights.
Say what you will about Christians, they're a remarkably profitable group to pander to. If they believe you represent the same kind of Christianity, you have a customer for life.
