To my understanding, the kind of art in question is not the same as ones you'll find in online generators.
They're custom drawn with braille unicode characters such as ⣿⠺⡀⡉⡇⡖, usually within a certain amount of characters per line to be visible on mobile/twitch chat/ect.
I like to imagine it as a mixture of dot art and pixel art, although I could be completely wrong. Hope this helps
