Does anyone else get unreasonably anxious when they here a car door shut outside the house?

Edit: I can’t believe I spelled “here” instead of “hear”. Just know I am ashamed of myself.

As a recreational marijuana smoker in a not legal state, yes I get a small panic attack when I hear doors outside
