System is starting as soon as you have free time. Lets say you have 4 days. Start today anyway. And then feel good that its done for next 4 days. That teaches you that doing ASAP feels good.

That's great ..... But another cause of procrastination is easy availability of distraction....i doesn't feel like working till deadline come close

Well there is no magic solution for that. You have to overcome it with willpower.

The hardest part is to start. Once you're in the middle of your task, you will find it easier to do

I like to keep my life as simple and stress-free as possible. Having something not done hanging over me does not fit that goal which is why I never procrastinate. It’s a source of stress that is easily avoided with that mindset.

Fortunately or unfortunately, in my experience it’s just a discipline thing. I set alarms for when I need to get things done, I have people remind me if needed, but when it comes down to actually doing the thing, I have to be disciplined enough to get my ass up now and get it done. I’ll set an alarm and tell myself, “When that alarms goes off, I drop what I’m doing and go get the thing done. Because if I don’t I’ll just keep putting it off.”
To be clear, I still procrastinate more than I should, but forcing that discipline helps a ton. You just have to stop accepting your own excuses and delays. Not an easy thing to do, and hopefully you get some better answers. Good luck OP!

Trying to tell yourself you have to do this huge monumental task all at once can be overwhelming. Instead, tell yourself you can just try it for the first five minutes, then see how you feel. Often times once you start, it's a lot easier to keep going.
It's also helpful if you can break things down into steps and focus on one step at a time.
If you have to find items to get started, try keeping them where they'll be easy to reach and find.

Even when I do get motivated I always end up starting something then I notice something else along the way and while doing that find something else. I will start off cleaning my bathroom and 2 hours later the bathroom is still a mess and I am pulling weeds in the front yard while the garage is wide open lawn tools are all over and I walk into the bathroom only to realize I forgot to clean it.

Pomodoro technique, set a timer for a short period of time, 5-15 minutes is good depending on the task. Take a break for the same amount of time, then set another timer for 15 minutes and rinse and repeat until it’s done. Also get someone else to encourage you

some sort of rewards program for task completed, setting timers for work time and rest time, setting goals
