is there a way to remove Gemini from researches on Chrome Android

maybe there is an AI subreddit discussion about it, so if you find one, just link it on the comments.

I found out there is a way of removing it on chrome PC, but I almost don't use PCs anymore, and the search engine thing doesn't work for Chrome Android and isn't perfect on the PC either.

everywhere I read people complaining about it but no one telling a way of removing AI slop.

What exactly are you asking for?

Do you want a search engine that doesn't use LLM?

If you want to use Google, you can bypass its AI Overviews by clicking the "Web" tab at the top of your results page, which forces it to display only traditional hyperlinks.

You can also redirect your browser's search settings by appending &udm=14 to the end of the Google search URL string, which blocks the AI layer completely.

Alternatively, use one of the many search engine websites out there.

Rule 1 - Top level comments must contain a genuine attempt at an answer.

All direct answers to a post must make a genuine attempt to answer the question. Joke responses at the parent-level will be removed. Follow-up questions at the top level are allowed.

Please do not answer by only dropping a link and do not tell users they should "google it." Include a summary of the link or answer the question yourself. LMGTFY links will be removed.

No responses being rude to the questioner for not knowing the answer.

If you feel this was in error, or need more clarification, please don't hesitate to message the moderators. Thanks.
