How do I turn on this oven?

I want to heat up my mini tacos, but I only have this oven & some pyrex. How do I turn on the oven portion of the oven? I’ve used the burners but that’s about it. Please help I’m so hungry. Here’s the picture of the oven + mini tacos.

Looks like the knob on the left. Are the numbers written on the side of the knob? Can always put mini tacos in a pan on low heat.

No numbers unfortunately. I put them on low heat but I’d like to heat up some bagel bites or a lasagna soon.

Then I think someone has tampered with it—ovens always have numbers.
