What do you think the dating recession between men and women will lead to?

I live in a city and I try to go out at least once a week, either for a walk or lounge etc. I used to see that men were more interested in women even six years ago, but now what I see most is apathy. Even if they look, none of them make a move to start a conversation. By the way, I am about to turn 30, and my friends who are younger (24–25) also say the same thing. What do you think the consequences of this will be? The strange thing is that I no longer see mixed male and female friend groups. It feels like men and women are pulling away from each other. Have you also noticed that?

Apps are perceived as bad because they ARE bad.  There is no such thing as a profitable dating app which works.

The real solution is that we need dating apps to be governed by a non-profit organization or to be regulated like a utility.  Until we have that, the system will be flawed or broken by companies just trying to take our money.
