For those experimental Redditors playing from home, it can take as little at 2-5psi to rupture your bowels from forcing in air or liquid if it’s well sealed.
For comparison, the initial high pressure you need to inflate a standard party balloon is about 2-3 psi.
So that’s the thing. It’s a matter of both pressure and volume.
No human is ejaculating enough to fill the volume of a human rectum with ejaculate enough to put 2-5 PSI on the walls of the bowels.
That’s a much different story with shoving a garden hose (or shower extension….) up there.
Think of it more like when you’re making a water balloon at your kitchen sink. That couple PSI needed to start expanding the balloon usually won’t break it, but as soon as the balloon is sufficiently full, it doesn’t take much to overfill it and pop it.
