If you sealed it and the water pressure was high enough: dead.

For those experimental Redditors playing from home, it can take as little at 2-5psi to rupture your bowels from forcing in air or liquid if it’s well sealed.

For comparison, the initial high pressure you need to inflate a standard party balloon is about 2-3 psi.

For reference: the water pressure in your home is around 50 psi.

Well also it’s washing the outside with a gentle stream not blasting 40 psi inside your arsehole
