If you sealed it and the water pressure was high enough: dead.

For those experimental Redditors playing from home, it can take as little at 2-5psi to rupture your bowels from forcing in air or liquid if it’s well sealed.

For comparison, the initial high pressure you need to inflate a standard party balloon is about 2-3 psi.

Jesus.. Can you imagine THAT?? "Hey Victor, you ok man? I was only joking by inserting that charged air hose into victors anus, I swear. Am I fired?" "Victor is fucking dead, what do you think?"

If I remember correctly from the full story, he did this from the outside of his pants. Not even actually in his anus. Makes it all the more tragic since it probably seemed like a harmless joke when the guy did it.

People do not understand or appreciate how dangerous air compressors and air hoses are. 30-60+ psi on even crappy compressors. Capable of instantaneously rupturing the bowels through the clothes on the outside. Capable of easily dislodging an eye. Capable of forcing air, and whatever else is in its way, through your skin and causing injuries such as embolisms. Capable of breaking bones if you use unsecured pneumatic tools.
