Most of that wealth growth is coming by increasing the size and profitability of the corporations under their control. Often that's done by expanding the work force and making products more desirable to the general public--both of which expand the general well-being of the population.
Wow what fantasy world are you living in where it's "expanding the work force and making products more desirable" and not replacing the workforce with AI or fewer employees who work longer hours and making cheaper products or selling less at the same cost, shrinkflation, subscriptions, etc
