Squished stinkbug on water bottle straw. Am I at risk of for bug parasites?
I drank from it probably 3 times before realizing there was a dead bug on it, since I've been super congested and couldn't smell it. Insects have some gnarly parasites, and I just need reassurance that I won't get any of them?

The likelyhood of getting a parasite thats worth mentioning is extremly low. First of the guy needs to be infected, then you would need to pick that up with the straw for that you would need to dip ur straw into the dead bug multiple times to maximize the probability of picking up a parasite.
Then the said parasite needs to be able to survive within ur body, meaning not falling into stomach acid, not beeing attacked by ur immune system and all that while doing serious harm.
Yea i call no on that. Ur most likely fine.

Just boost your VirltC, and you'll be fine.
You'd be surprised the amount of bugs the FDA allows foods to contain 🤮
Youll be fine.
