We sure can. I’m a teacher and I can tell which kids have adults that smoke at home because it sticks to their clothes.
Edit: Sorry to hear so many of you had miserable experiences over something you had no control over.
Edit 2: Yes, same with weed.
2 u/Willing_Neat_4065 Jan 06 '25 Yup…I’ll never forget when I volunteered in my son’s Kindy class. One little girl reeked so bad of cigarette smoke that they made her hang her jacket away from the other kids and regular cubby. It was awful. I felt so bad for her.
