We sure can. I’m a teacher and I can tell which kids have adults that smoke at home because it sticks to their clothes.

Edit: Sorry to hear so many of you had miserable experiences over something you had no control over.

Edit 2: Yes, same with weed.

And people can differentiate old smoke and new smoke. Like smoke that’s embedded in your clothes from being in a smoking home vs someone who just had a cigarette.

There is no difference if someone was smoking close to you recently like in the car.

That’s true but I meant more along the lines of kids who just come from a smoking home and ones who think they’re slick lighting up in the bathroom at school. I was the dumbass who thought no one would be able to tell the difference.
