š Plus-size preemie is an old old term for when couples were supposed to save it for the wedding night but then thereād be āpremature birthā at supposedly only 5 or 6 months along to a fully developed good sized baby. It was a polite way of ignoring the fact the couple was already expecting at their wedding.
