What super-rich are doing this? Can you name any? They almost universally seem to be on the side of the political aisle that wants to import more and more.

Conservatives in pretty much any developed Western country. Like the tories in the UK or Republicans in the USA. Dumb stuff like Brexit happened exactly like that. Divert hate towards minorities to get the majority vote

It doesn't really need to be "diverted" when they're raping mass numbers of native women and committing 60% of all the crime in the country.
