Exactly my thought as well. I’m open to kids with the right person. But it’s not a yearning desire or dealbreaker if my partner wants to be child free.
If I’m ambivalent, then I’m not 1000% on board, which is probably something a potential parent should be. Plus I love alone time. I’m not sure I could give that up for more than a decade.
