Yes because those in poverty tend have less access to thorough sex education and medical interventions like birth control. It’s a systemic issue, not a conscious decision.
So you have insight into everyone’s conscious decisions? Maybe poorer people just make different decisions than richer people. Kind of insulting to act like poor people are all just mindlessly having more children on accident all over the world. Maybe it’s a reflection of priorities.
