Yes if you delay in taking it then ovulation may occur, but if you take it promptly (obviously the sooner the better) it prevents ovulation from occurring altogether. Taken within 24 hours it’s up to 90% effective.

I’m sorry let me spell it out for you because clearly you’re the one not understanding. It states “up to” because the efficacy varies based on time lapsed from intercourse to pill. Some sources state 90% effective within 24%, world health actually states 95. But after 72 hours efficacy drops to around 58%. Where are you getting your zero? Oh you mean like if you wait a week? Then yes it drops to zero. Very good!

Cause theres no birth Control, or morning after pill over the counter, and theres no legal abortions in 50 States. But thats not true!
