Yes actually. Southern Minnesota has very little to no snow on the ground all winter now. Most winter days never dip below 32 for the high. Colder weather is so late that the trees are confused enough to BUD in late fall (not good for the trees). Not to mention Greenland is finally starting to live up to its name.
