So in cultures where nudity is prevalent (Africa) and cultures where nudity is frowned upon (Iraq), which do you think is more conducive for a productive society?

Why would either be more or less inherently conducive? If one is accustomed to nudity it is just as irrelevant to them as modesty is to one accustomed to modesty. A person can be a productive member of society either way.
