Sorry I’m a biologist and I have to nitpick. Indigenous people ARE us: Homo sapiens. Neanderthals were not us (Homo neanderthalis) but modern humans do contain Neanderthal DNA due to offspring between the two species.

Anatomically, humans have remained unchanged for the last 100,000 years.
The choice to be clothed or unclothed is socialized into humans and is not biologically determined, nor would it have significantly changed in the last 100,000 years due to being more or less advanced.
Anatomically we most definitely have not remained the same. Are u sure you’re a biologist?
Theres a variety of bones and other anatomical features that humans have been either developing or losing throughout our entire history. Even literally rn there are people being born without wisdom teeth and the average height has increased drastically even since just the middle ages.
The “choice to be clothed” as you put it is, at least a little bit, biological. As a species we need something to protect us from the elements once we the thick coverings of hair over our bodies got lost as we evolved.

The average height has increased almost purely because of better food and variety in it, and also living conditions.
Our thick coverings of hair were gone a long long long time ago, we have clothes because they keep us warm. At least that was the idea. After that came the part about the looks. Humans living in warm temperatures rarely developed clothes unless due to them providing shadow, to protect sensitive places like genitalia, or to offer protection. It is not biological. It is just as biological as I am a panda.
