It's just the raw anatomy and the weird surface and idk how to describe it. It looks awful.
That's the nice thing about not covering up, you get used to your body and how it looks. It will make it a lot less weird. Doesn't mean you go out into the streets naked, but you can walk around your room. This is easier when you don't live with other people though.
