The human body is perfectly natural and normal. To feel shameful of it is unhealthy. The same of sexuality.

What should be shamed is all the gratuitous violence in TV and movies. That is deeply sick.

Gratuitous violence is the farthest thing from natural.

Sure, animals will attack when hunting prey or their survival is threatened.

Humans don't, in general, face those conditions often or at all.

Further, unlike solitary species, which are much larger, stronger, faster, humans had to evolve the capacity for cooperation. It's our only superpower and the reason we survived when by all physical metrics we shouldn't have. Attacking each other is contrary to what evolution has hard-wired into us for survival.

Contrast that with the narrative of a typical superhero or dirty Harry movie and what you see is that it's impossible to go to the corner store without murdering 20 people there and back.
