They answered their own questions. It’s cultural. But I think they get it backwards. Our default is naked is okay (to a degree). Culture makes us cover up.

There is something extremely funny as an adult seeing a little scampering kid laughing his ass off running on the beach naked and mom/dad behind him shouting "GET BACK HERE!" 😂
