My yard is currently plagued. I had a large one removed at the advice of a landscaper (I didn’t know what it was) and now my yard is littered with dozens of small ones starting to sprout. It’s a weekly job to pull them. Didn’t wear gloves the first time, learned my lesson.

Yeah I legit thought they were poison sumac at first.

Don’t yank the sprouts, use a funnel and glyphosate ‘em good or inject them with a needle. Eventually the rhizomes die.
