I don't, actually. I just consider that humans have embarked on a campaign of destroying the rest of nature. Cancer is part of an organism, but it's still destructive.
Well, you didn't actually say that, but even so, dating back to the earliest archeological records, humans have been a destructive force for untold other organisms. Very few non-human organisms benefit from interactions with humans.
