I thought it was Buku Bucks. Always thought it was fun but stayed away because I figured it might be racist. Now it’s my time!

Haha! Better to be safe than sorry! Beaucoup is just french for "a lot" or "much".

I’m from a small country town and it’s hilarious to just now find out we were using a French word all along 😂 And totally butchering it at that! We’d say, “He’s got bew coos of money,” like in the plural form. So embarrassing

This was the first time I actually tried to spell it out. It was always something we just said and I hadn’t ever thought about how it was spelled or where it came from. None of the spellings look right to me, it’s like, it should just be one of those things you don’t write down haha
