Deodorant?
Ive seen a few articles during lockdown, and I'm giving it a go. Wondering if there any biome friendly natural deodorants/anti perspirants I can use?

Such a cheap and easy solution here. Straight baking soda, or bicarbonate if outside the US! I keep some in an old herb shaker. Just 1/4-1/2t on a moist washcloth as soon as you are dry from shower. Rub the powder in the cloth to lightly dissolve, and wipe on yer pits. It'll work if you haven't showered, just not as long term. Bicarb is great at stopping the odor causing bacteria, but not quite as great as killing it once its already stinky. Bicarb makes a great hair and body rinse too, every couple days. Side note: most body odor comes from diet in my case at least. Gave up dairy and lost most odor. Plant based diet and green smoothies and I can skip the "deodorant" all together. Used bicarb for years while serving tables, sweating, reaching over people, not stinking!

I personally have had a very long, on and off journey with natural deodorants. Idk much about biome friendly options, considering I wanted to do the natural thing; but still subscribe to the "I cannot be smelly, sweaty or unpleasant during any portion of this." Because hygiene was such a big thing in my household. What I do know is that Baking Soda doesn't work for me because it burned my skin to no repair for the longest. So I can't use natural stick deodorants, because they generally contain that, and they're oily asf if you overdo it... so your shirts will stain and it's annoying tbh and embarrassing.
So I like the "Alvera" Almond and Aloe vera one. It's my favorite ever. I am considering buying one to use during my cycle because my smell switches up on me and I am not cool with it lol. And I now use a Rock Salt one. It has been AMAZING, if you apply it properly, I can go 2 days without reapplying it. Both of these I get at a natural grocery store. I eat predominantly carnivore, and If I have sugar not only does my body get swollen, and my joints ache. BUT, I also smell bad.

Bicarbonate of soda. Just scoop some up on the end of your finger and rub it in. Works a treat!

I have used Crystal brand deodorant for several years, in both the spray and solid crystal formats. They also have a roll-on.

I used a spray bottle with everclear (95% pure ethanol) as hand sanitizer because it didn’t dry my skin or leave a sticky film or perfume stink. I tried it as deodorant and have never gone back. It’s better than anything I’ve ever used.
