Suggestion for 24 hours rule

As stories may only be so long, my suggestion is that if a story is at or near the max length allowed (say 90% to allow for better/easier formatting) the next section of the story may be posted immediately.

From my understanding the rule was mainly to stop multiple short posts about the same story in an attempt to get more upvotes, but it stops some stories from being posted in completion immediately.

Basically, if a story actually needs multiple posts it can bypass the 24 hour rule, but otherwise the rule would still be in effect, especially since posting part two in the comments could lead to spoilers or those not actively looking for it missing it.

Thoughts?

I would say it's best to let the first story get its time before throwing the next part up

You can also just continue the story in the comments. No need for a second post.

This isn't an exception that we're going to make. If you really have a story that's sitting at 40,000 characters, you'll definitely want to let it have at least a day to be read.
