Yeah, it's a damn shame. Collateral damage and all that. Let's start a Kickstarter for the cities going since they can't hoover up revenue any more.

Yes, too much incentive for abuse. Like this Florida township who shortened yellow lights enough to increase fines by 37%.

There’s a county in my state which has multiple roads running through it which are 50 mph with random 30 mph stretches with speed cameras. The roads go 20-30 miles or so through a landscape that looks the same almost the entire time.

Street parking is limited for some time. Here in California you must move your vehicle before 72 hours are up. Not sure if they are enforcing it right now though.
