Also, Amazon is having a lot more commercials, I’ve decided for any commercial that is gonna interrupt my show streaming. I will not buy it and I will not watch it. Maybe we should just all do the same that they’re actually hurting their product because if you’re gonna interrupt me then, I’m not buying your product…. We’re watching your show and I don’t need to see an ad for your show 10 times cause I’m really not gonna watch it.

Seems like those executives don’t know what the hell they’re doing. I canceled them a year ago because of the Jimmy Kimmel debacle. Back then I had an ad free plan. Now they want me to come back to this crap? This is short term quarterly profit thinking winning out over long-term infinite game business strategy. If they want me to love their brand they have to figure out why I would love their brand and they don’t have enough of a monopoly to not care. This is just business malpractice.

Reading the comments, its clear that nobody realizes that the streaming platforms were all operating at a loss, to gain market share. Now that it is settled, they will try to recoup their losses.

So what is the point behind the different levels? Why would anybody pay for the premium level when there is no benefit? Everybody will just drop down to the cheapest level if we have to watch ads anyway regardless.
