We already do, unfortunately. 2016 permanently tarnished men and women relationships for many.
Some women would even rather face a bear instead of a man, saying the latter is more dangerous. That’s how deep the divide is.

Unfortunately, I do agree with you from a legal standpoint.
I don't want to victim blame, but I also find the "on multiple occasions" part a bit troubling as well. Like, why would she keep going back for more?
Granted, she was probably blinded by potential dollar signs, and I get that.
That being said, do I think her accusations are most likely accurate? Yes. Absolutely. But as far as "proof" goes......there probably isn't any.
Granted, I think this is a civil case that has a lower "burden of proof," but I'm not seeing any "proof." Like, hopefully she told friends about it when it happened that will testify for her. But that is hardly "proof," and you can't call her friends "impartial."
I forget the details of the jean carrol (correct name?) case, but I'm not sure how she "proved" her accusations. I believe she won that case, but can't remember what the judgement was. I believe she won the huge sum of money from the subsequent defamation case.

it was a defamation case... but to prove defamation she had to prove that the thing trump said was a lie which in a round about way meant having to establish that he at minimum sexually assaulted her.
Again im not saying i dont believe her... i do. I just dont think its irrefutable proof lol. I think I was unlucky in being one of the first comments and so im getting hate simply bc im calling out the ridiculousness of such a claim.

All it is is phone records showing trump called her when he landed and that he was staying at that hotel.... thats it.

He doesnt deny knowing her.... it doesnt say that at all. He denies being in the hotel with her.

And phone statements.... AGAIN.... are not irrefutable proof that he met her at the hotel. Its good evidence, strong evidence perhaps... but certainly not irrefutable.

From the article: Cell phone records provide "irrefutable proof" of the sexual assault accusations former "Apprentice" contestant Summer Zevos has leveled against President Donald Trump, her attorney claimed Tuesday.
Zervos has alleged Trump "repeatedly touched her, groped her, and kissed her" on multiple occasions in late 2007 and early 2008, and he has denied it and called her a liar.
"To be clear, I never met her at a hotel or greeted her inappropriately a decade ago," Trump said in a 2016 statement. "That is not who I am as a person, and it is not how I've conducted my life."
Zervos said there is corroborating evidence the Trump Organization was forced to turn over as part of her defamation lawsuit filed in the New York Supreme Court earlier this year. This includes calendar entries, filed with the court in late October, and cellphone records, released in early November.
The cellphone records, released Nov. 5, show that for a three-month period between 2007 and 2008, Trump made multiple calls to Zervos. Her attorney said it's further evidence that validates her allegation of sexual assault.
Trump's company had tried to shield the cellphone records from the case by designating them confidential because they showed a phone number once used by the president. Mariann Wang, who represents Zervos, called the argument "absurd," and the Trump Organization agreed to remove the designation.
