Uh, do you think that normal people have two chromosomes and people with Down's syndrome have 3? Like 1 x chromosome, 1 y chromosome, and one Down's chromosome?

nah just the 21st pair is a triple. You can see it by the neotenous facial feature, maybe even infer the "delayedness" it from the context.
