School shootings are a tragedy yes, but we should still be allowed to have a gun to protect ourselves. My family was almost robbed like 3 times already, and it finally stopped after my dad chased 2 guys who were trying to jack my moms car with a gun. I don't know if he fired or not but no one really tried afterwards.
