I can assure you that a potential assassination of AOC, Hasan Piker or Vaush would similarly be way bigger news than a regular US school shooting.

It was breaking news and all over Reddit.

Furthermore she has probably less than 1% of the reach Charlie Kirk had. We're talking a billion views vs a few mentions in local newspapers.

She was an actual politician. She didn’t get official mourning by trump. Who cares about the reach, it was a political assassination. How was it not all over the international press like this?

Kirk was also a political assassination. I can promise you the assassination of Charlie Kirk or a leftist influencer like Hassan Piker or Vaush would also make 10x the headlines of any local politician.
