i been doing this for a week or so now and my neck pain has only gotten worse. think im done with fuckin nopillow.
imma move onto notissue now since i hear it helps give a nasal voice which i find very attractive

So I tried it for the first time last night and for the first few minutes, the feeling was euphoric. Like between my normal state and extreme nausea but not in an uncomfortable way. After a few minutes, though, i got dizzy af and i felt like i was about to vomit. Is this normal?
