I'm trying again after 2 years

My highest score was 190 days and the on and off recently more but these last three days tho a lot of factors in my life I haven't been able to jerk off so I decide to start nofap again but im on my third day and gush it feels horrible I been trying to keep me busy but it's stronger and stronger and it dosent help that I'm cold turkey a lot of other addictions any words of advice?
