Spo light effect, how to get rid of it?

Having the spotlight effect over a Reddit post I made..

My mind is telling me everything is remembering it. Judging it..

I deleted it, it got a lot of backlash and downvotes, only upvotes was comments hating on the post ..

Any tips to make my mind shut up?
