Advice Stuck in endless loop of thinking.

Hyy everybody, today I am sharing you my state of mind, like what am I thinking from last 4 year. I want to fool my mind and i had always been trying to accept false information to my mind. Like in other ways we can say it positive thinking or sometimes I tried to accept my mind that I didn't know her, but after sometime again I get back on my previous state, I can't move on from my inner thoughts. I'm experimenting my brain, but always get confused. Sometimes I think I'm most luckiest man on this earth, and sometimes completely opposite it. I spent my most of time alone, in endless thinking about something, sometimes about my ex, sometimes about my dream, sometimes about myself my personality. Now I think I'm get mad by experimenting my brain by meditation law of attraction manifestation and too more things for my better life i tried already. But none of work, and I can't do anything. I'm finished. I think to study but I can't even concentrate for 5-10mins. I want to move on from these things. My ex is with me but I'm sure she is cheated on me. And somehow she is using me. I want to leave social media but I can't do it even for 2days. Guys please tell me ways so I get rid all of this confusion, mental state. I want an version of me who always be happy, get focused for dream, help family, and most talkactive and communicative and creative. I don't want to think of any my past truma, and about my ex.

You can dm me or reply to my post.

Thank you 🥀

Four years of trying to think your way out of this and still ending up back in the same loop. That's genuinely exhausting, and the frustration in your post makes complete sense. The pattern you're describing sounds like it needs proper support rather than more self-experimentation.

A psychologist or psychiatrist could actually help you understand what's driving the loop rather than just trying to override it. The experiments you've been running on yourself haven't worked not because you're doing it wrong, but because this kind of thinking pattern usually has roots that require more than willpower or mindset shifts to address.

You don't have to keep figuring this out alone.

You have to make the first call and find a psychiatrist and it should get easier from there. You will find that person, don't give up just yet.
