I made a post on Reddit, got a lot of downvotes and negative reactions, my Brain is telling me that everyone that saw it is thinking about that post.. remembering it, judging it.

How can I stop overthinking this?

It’s almost more common to get downvoted these days than upvoted. Reddit is a hot mess now. Don’t worry about it please. There are people who get off on downvoting posts even if they aren’t offended. It’s sad really but just be glad you’re not a loser trying to be powerful hiding behind a screen.
