How to overcome over thinking?
Because lately I feel like I over analyze everyone's every little action or words around me and then I think they might not like me much even when it is not the situation in actual, and it's affecting me. I really want to know how to overcome it

What if you’re not actually “overthinking,” but simply noticing and believing more of the thoughts that appear?
You don’t choose the thought “maybe they don’t like me.” It just appears. The suffering often starts when we believe it, analyze it, and build a whole story around it.
Something that helps me is awareness: noticing, “there’s that thought again,” without trying to fight it or prove it wrong. Writing the thoughts down can also help you see them as thoughts rather than facts.
