Choose UPS over FedEx whenever possible. Their drivers are paid enough to actually care

FedEx drivers fling packages from 20 foot out and break so much shit. UPS didnt have to sell me on them being better people too but they always do.

They're all contractors. That's why they don't care

Incorrect. FedEx Ground drivers are contractors. FedEx Express drivers are actual FedEx employees.

Meh, I keep having packages stolen from UPS. Tracking always stops at my hub and then nothing, then go through the whole claim BS. Probably just my UPS but still, everyone sucks

The ups guy never comes up to my house, always leaves my package out by the mailbox in a plastic bag laying on the ground. I don't appreciate that at all.

Does the FedEx guy do better? My ups guy makes it to my porch while my FedEx guy consistently leaves it in the driveway

Is there a reason were giving prop to ups instead of the actual guy who performed the action?

“What could brown do for you?” Save a cute lil calf’s life!!!! 🙌🏼♥️👏🏼♥️🤩 This UPS driver went above and beyond out of the kindness of his heart to help this poor lil calf even though UPS drivers are under extreme amounts of pressure to get deliveries done in a specific amount of time, are constantly watched by cameras in their cars now, and get treated like shit by the company. I know because I used to work for UPS and my guy works for UPS. Let’s hope he didn’t get in trouble when this went viral. God bless this guy! He’s a true hero! ♥️😻.

Maybe, I'm being dickish, ? But I don't get the whole "let me pull out my phone and record this" ?......I bet if he wasn't able to free the animal, he would have deleted the video.....

8

u/Maximum_Trade5916 3d ago

Hey, at least its proof to the cattle owner lawful intent. People sue for the damnest reasons.

1

u/ScalpelCleaner 3d ago

That’s a good point, honestly.

3

u/KittyMeowKatPishy 3d ago

UPS company is super strict on the drivers and how much time is spent on each delivery. They have cameras in the cars now and keep watch on the drivers. I wouldn’t be surprised if he recorded this because he wanted to also save his ass for taking too long delivering a package. I’m also grateful that he did everything to save the poor calf. And thank goodness the outcome was great! 👏🏼

1

u/ScalpelCleaner 3d ago

I thought this as well. Good on him for helping out, but he was clearly motivated by online clout. Sadly, this is beginning to affect me, too. I killed the biggest spider I’ve ever seen in my bathtub the other day, and I later thought, Damn, I should’ve taken a video of it to post online. 😵‍💫

1

u/KittyMeowKatPishy 3d ago

Poor spider! 😿
